By using the Freedom Life Board Game website (the "Website") you accept the terms below.
Nature of the service
This website is a prototype of a multiplayer financial-simulation board game, provided free of charge. Game rooms and in-play data are stored temporarily and may be cleared or reset without notice.
Not financial advice
The content, numbers and situations in the game are a simulation for entertainment and learning. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice. Users are responsible for their own real financial decisions and should consult an expert before investing or making real transactions.
Appropriate use
- Do not use the system to disrupt, attack or attempt to access other rooms' or players' data without permission.
- Do not use bots or automated scripts to generate artificial visits or ad clicks.
- Do not repeatedly click the website's ads yourself, encourage others to click, or offer in-game rewards in exchange for ad clicks.
- All content, names and illustrations in the game are the copyright of the website owner or used under a valid license.
Community rules and chat
The website has a lobby chat and an in-game chat so players can communicate politely. Users must not send the following through player names, room codes or chat messages:
- Threatening, demeaning or hateful messages, or attacks on a person or group of people
- Adult content, nudity, sexual solicitation, or content unsuitable for a general audience
- Spam, scam links, phishing, suspicious investment solicitations, gambling or illegal activity
- Sensitive personal information of yourself or others, such as a real address, bank account number, password or credit-card details
We may reasonably delete messages, limit access, remove players from a room or block use that breaks the rules. If you find a problem, please report the details via the page Contact us
No warranty for damages
This website is provided "as is" with no warranty of availability or accuracy of any information. We are not responsible for damages arising from use or from interruptions of the service.
Advertising and third parties
The website may show ads from third-party providers such as Google AdSense. Ad content is not under our control, and any click on or transaction with an advertiser is your own responsibility. We will not place ads in a way that tricks you into clicking, covers the play buttons or causes accidental clicks.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version of the terms.
